FAQ'S -

We want you to be delighted with the products you buy from us, which is why we guarantee that we fully comply with your rights. We also guarantee the security of any details you pass to us, and we guarantee your privacy.

Ordering

Please note that when you place an order with us. It is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to the Terms & Conditions set out. Placing an order through our site you are making us an offer to Purchase the goods outlined in your order.

To place an order - 

Nothing could be simpler. Please follow our online order process on the website, or you can call the shop and place the order over the phone (44) 01364631412.

We will require your details (Name, Email address, Phone, Address and Delivery address if different). This information is required in order to process the order and confirm the same. The phone number is required so that we can contact you if any problems with your order. If an order is heavy and to be dispatched through a courier. We will also need to pass the phone number to the courier to contact you to arrange the delivery.

All prices on this site are quoted in GBP (£). You can pay through Paypal or with a Debit Card and the payment will be made in pounds sterling. If from overseas your Credit card provider will charge sales in your local currency.

You will receive a confirmation email from receipt of your order. Please note that this is not a confirmation that your order has been accepted. Our contract for the sale of the products will exist once an order has been accepted, charged, processed and dispatched to you.

Please ensure that prior to completing your order. You ensure the delivery address details are correct and must contain a Post Code.

Although we endeavor to keep reasonable stock at all times, of our products. It may be possible for some goods not to be in stock at the time you place your order. In the event that we cannot ship your order within two days of receipt of your order. We will contact you by phone or email about the issue and ask if you would still like us to proceed with the transaction advising our best delivery date. Please note that we will need a reply within 7 days. A failure to reply, will result in the order being refunded. Pixieland reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase.

We are always delighted to receive any feedback or a suggestion. Do not hesitate to email, call or write to us with them. If a feedback content material is left, you give Pixieland the right to use the name and submit the details if chosen for any advertising.

Pixielands Bespoke Items:

Sheepskin Rugs – We have produced many items using our local sheepskins. Of: Large Floor rugs, Oval rugs, Seat Covers, bedspread etc. All hand made to order

Garden Ornaments – From our range of ornaments we are able to produce most Bespoke requests. Of: Wedding Couples, Tradesmen, Super heroes etc.  All hand made to order

These can take approximately four to six weeks to produce for delivery. All bespoke items will require a 20% Nonrefundable deposit from when design and specifications have been confirmed to be able to commence manufacturing. On completion the Balance of payment must be made prior to dispatch.

No request is every sent away unhappy with the outcome. Prices will be confirmed prior to production

Why do Products Vary - 

Our handmade – Garden Ornaments and Sheepskin Products all have a Unique finish, colour, dimensions and vary from Pictures you see on the website. (images shown are for example only) For all bespoke items, we will go through all requirements with you and try our best to make them as near as possible.

1.      Garden Ornaments – “Hand painted” so colours may vary, if you require as per the image please expect a delay of 2 weeks, in the dispatch of your order.

2.      Sheepskin Products – Made with 100% Natural Hide is manufactured here in the West Country using only the Best Skins. As it is a natural material. The size, colour may vary from each piece which makes it so unique. For the Bespoke items we endeavour to ensure the density and colours of the wool matches, in all bespoke sizes. Though for all the Rarebreed skins, they will always be unique and not match the images shown exactly.

Payments –

1.      Paypal & Debit Card payments – The full payment value of the order is charged complete at point of order. This is also the case for any order that is to be produced to order (bespoke) and you will not receive straight away.

2.      By Cheque – Orders will be dispatched on clearance of the cheque

The safety and security of your details is paramount to us and our SSL certificate protects & encrypts communication between your web browser and our website / server.  This is evident to customers as when you land on our website you will notice a padlock displayed in the address bar of the browser.  When you purchase goods from us, you are taken through a secure gateway directly onto the site of the payment processor, therefore no credit card details are ever taken or stored by us.

Cancel an order –

If you require to cancel an order after you have placed it, please contact us as soon as possible on - Tel (44) 1364631412 or email: enquiries@pixieland.co.uk 

You have the right to withdraw from any order by providing notice of cancellation, this right ends 8 days after the date we deliver the products to you. You will not have to pay for any products and any amounts that you have been charged for will be refunded within 30 days in the same format as your original payment (e.g. credit card or cheque) but excluding postage costs.

In the event that we have already dispatched the products out to you, the goods should be returned to us within 28 days and you will need to pay the return costs. If you fail to return the goods to us when we request, then we will arrange collection but a charge will be made for this service that will be deducted from the refund.

Membership Account -

If you open an account, please note that you are responsible for maintaining the account and the Confidentiality of your account, including the password and restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibly for all activities that happen under your account. For and under 18, please only use our web site with full parental/guardians consent.

Complaints - 

We handle all complaints fairly, effectively and confidentially and endeavour to provide the highest level of customer service. If something should go wrong please don't hesitate to contact at enquiries@pixieland.co.uk We welcome your comments as it enables us to continually improve our service. We will reply to you within 1 working day (Monday- Friday) normally with an effective resolution. If the problem cannot be resolved immediately we will keep you informed of the steps we are taking to put the matter right.
